Hello fellow travelers,
I’m preparing for my trip and I have a couple of questions that I’m hoping someone can answer.
We get breakfasts mostly, and that’s it. What exactly are the breakfasts? Should I be prepared to buy a lot of snacks along the way? Or are they filling?
How much free time is there? Are the mornings busy and the afternoons more leisurely? I’d like to research beforehand some places to go if I can find out where we’ll be for free time.
Where is the best place to exchange USD for YEN? I am flying into Narita airport, so would it be best to do it there? BOA charges $7.50 for a delivery fee, which is bogus, so I’m trying to avoid that.
Would you recommend buying a phrasebook and/or map before arriving in Japan or do most people speak English well enough to help you? Is this necessary?
