Hey everyone, i have planned to stay for a week in New York prior to joining a topdeck trip in September. I was wondering if anyone who has been to New York could let me know how much I can expect to spend per day on food and on things like transport and attractions. Is it worth buying a New York attractions pass? Also if anyone has been to New York in September, what is the temperature like?
Hey! I have been to NYC a few times - including at the end of September in 2013. The temperature in September is nice - not too hot and not too cold. It can be warm and humid during the day and cooler at night.
It is an expensive city from my experience, but the metro system has day passes you can buy. If you plan to visit attractions, an attractions pass may be a cheaper option.
Hope that helps!
