Guaranteed Departure



I am booked on the Western Crossing on the 26th August but my trip hasn’t got ‘Guaranteed Departure’ next to the availability - what happens if it doesn’t - does it not go? or do i have the opetion to go onto another trip?

I was in the same situation as you. Ive booked a tour in august that was not a guaranteed departure. I was told, if it doesn’t go ahead, topdeck or your travel agent will try and find another suitable tour that is available. Otherwise they would give you a refund, However, as it’s just after the olympics, it might end up being a guaranteed departure.

But anyway, i just checked recently and my tour ended up being a guaranteed departure after a month of booking. So I would check regularly online for its status.
