Where did you guys convert your money to euros? I’m not sure what to do.[br][br]Thanks,[br]Elaine
Good question, I was wondering the same thing. I heard that the airport charges a pretty considerable fee, is that true? [br][br]On the topdeck info. it said we could convert $ from the ferry from London. Is that a good option, or will we be charged a lot too?
There are money exchange places all around London, where you can exhange for Euro. Or do it at the airport before you leave home.[br][br]My tip is to have enough Euros to get you through the first 2 days (maybe ?100) then just withdraw cash from ATM once in Europe. I have found during my travels, that it is the easiest and cheapest way.[br]My 2nd tip would to be withdraw the maximum amount allowed, then seperate the cash and keep in different places. That way you will cut down on withdrawal fees.[br][br]Cheers[br]Katie
