Hi there,

I am a South African (living in London at the moment) and can honestly say a safari is an experience of a lifetime and one you will never forget! Where in Africa are you thinking of going?

I live in Cape Town, born and bred South African. Doing the Topdeck Winter Express next week in Europe, really excited.

Nothing to be scared about when travelling to Africa, people and the media like to tell scary stories to turn you against it, but it is an amazing continent with loads of different cultures and experiences, you will love it!!

Can someone from Australia who has been to Africa share some experience on visa requirement and the vacations that you have took?

I’m think of doing the 31 days south east advanture in Dec

Cheers.

I went to South Africa during the World Cup… I was there for nearly 4 weeks based out of Durban… it was the most amazing, humbling experience of my life… I went on a day safari whilst I was there and all I can say is that it was well worth getting up at 4:00 in the morning for… you’ve got to go at least once… you won’t regret it
